Get Involved
Learn Python
Python is an approachable language well suited for beginners to coding and well featured for experienced developers.
We have resources to help you learn Python as well as recordings from previous Kiwi PyCon conferences for you to enjoy.
We also have online chat using Slack, where you can ask questions.
Be part of the Community
We have a number of events you can come along to each year. The largest is Kiwi PyCon, the yearly Python conference, but we also facilitate monthly meetups run by a number of volunteers in:
- Auckland
- Wellington
- Christchurch
- Hamilton
- Invercargill (New)
In addition to these, we also have an online mailing list and chat using Slack which is available to both members and non-members.

Kiwi PyCon couldn’t happen without the generous support of sponsors. If you’d like to sponsor the next Kiwi PyCon please let us know.
