- no video - too fiddly, audio + slides should be sufficient.
- Tymar (Nic's company) to sponsor AV gear + projectors (and stage lights!?)

None volunteered. Nic to ask Wendy if she'd like to do bookkeeping. François and Nic to draft up a budget.
